Willow Construction is a local construction business based in the heart of Wiltshire, providing all aspects of construction and home improvement services. As a company we undertake project of all sizes within a twenty five mile radius of our office. Having a clear objective to provide the complete solution from design to hand over, we endeavour to make any project easy and enjoyable.

As a company we are approachable, responsive and professional. Once we've received your your enquiry we will endeavour to respond to your requirements as soon as possible, whether this be directing you to one of our recommended professionals or to arrange an on-site survey.

CHOOSING US
On agreement of our terms and conditions, we will begin to plan your project in great detail which will allow you to understand exactly what you can expect from us. This will also allow you the opportunity to understand how your project will be completed and at what times we will require your input. We will prepare a detailed schedule of works, relevant risk assessment and safety plan as these are best tailored to individual project. Planning a project throughly from the outset ensures a smooth transition throughout the works, with minimum disruption which makes the process a pleasant journey.
ON-SITE SURVEY
An on-site survey allows us to introduce ourselves personally and to build a working relationship from the outset. We will show examples of our completed works and explain exactly what you can expect from us from here on. This is a great opportunity for you to express exactly what you are expecting from the project and to discuss your proposal in depth. While attending we will gather relevant information to enable us to generate a fixed quotation back by terms and conditions. This is free of charge and without obligation.

COMMENCING WORKS
Once on site, we will stay on-site until your project is complete. As a company we only complete one project at a time to allow our full concentration and attention to your project to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing further peace of mind. We provide a high level of communication throughout the process, while providing practical demonstrations of different situation to ensure your project is exactly what you want.
PROVIDING A TENDER
We believe transparency is essential when completing a tender, while you can be sure it will be thorough and comprehensive. All tenders are generated in a broken down format to allow complete transparency. A detailed description of works is included to provide peace of mind that the entire schedule of works is included within the tender.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our service doesn’t stop on completion of your project. We provide an on-site handover with official documentation to ensure you maintenance guidance at hand, along with product instructions, useful contacts, guarantees and a full photographic record of the project as it evolved.
